We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth, enjoyable and pain free as possible. Here are a few obvious questions that you may want to know quick answers to:

 

How long will my order take to process?

We are open 7 days a week and ship items every day except for Saturdays and Sundays. If you place an order in an evening your items will almost always be shipped the following day. If you place an order before 1pm we will do our best to ship it that day. If you place an order in the late afternoon on a friday will will prep your order for shipping on the following monday. We know you want your order as fast as possible and we do our level best to get them to you as soon as we can, but we are only human.

What service will my order shipped using?

We use good old Royal Mail for any smaller shipments. We find that they are cost effective, highly reliable and our post office is a stone's throw from our shop so it makes sense for us and for you. Absolutely everything is shipped out first class so you will get your order the next day after dispatch more than 80% of the time. For bulkier and more expensive orders such as our Steiff products and exclusive lamps we ship via FedEx using their Next Day service. This is a premium service and is tracked, insured and famous for being very very good.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

If your order is delayed or you think there is something wrong, the best thing to do is email us on jasper.designstudio@gmail.com or call 0114 268 3033. we will get back to you as soon as you can and work out why there may be a delay. Delays  and problems happen, it is part of life so we ask you to please be patient, sit it out and we will fix it ASAP.

How do I return an unwanted order?

If you wish to return any items bought from us and they are returnable (not perishable goods or personalised and are in saleable condition). Distance selling regulations state that anything unwanted needs to be returned to the seller within 14 working days of receipt and then a refund should be given. You are best off calling us on 0114 2683033 or email us to make us aware of the situation. Then you will need to ship the items back to us. The cost of shipping returned items is not refundable - you have to pay for this yourself. As soon as we receive the returned items we shall refund your payment.

How and why should I pay using bitcoin?

We like to keep an eye to the future, and bitcoin is a promising payment system. BitPay means you can pay for your order using bitcoin if you like. It's really space age and new at the moment but it will soon be more commonplace. We like it, and there are loads of others out there who use bitcoin so we thought it would be cool to offer it as a payment method. It's as easy as PayPal, but only if you have access to bitcoins and a bitcoin wallet already. For more information see here .
